Group sessions are a more affordable coaching option. It also provides greater support among the cohort of participants. The sessions are based on the shared issues of the participants and can be face-to-face, virtual or hybrid.


Working together members of the group empower one another on their journey. Together individual members support one another to achieve their goals. Sessions can be weekly or monthly.
